Behavior Change Support: Utilizing psychology-based techniques to help clients build, sustain, and troubleshoot healthy habits.
Goal Setting and Action Planning: Collaborating with clients to define realistic goals and actionable steps toward healthier living.
Fitness Training & Assessment: Designing exercise programs, instructing on proper technique, and monitoring progress for safe cardiovascular and strength training.
Nutritional Guidance: Providing general, non-medical nutritional advice to complement physical fitness goals.
Accountability & Motivation: Offering consistent support, check-ins, and encouragement to keep clients engaged.
Holistic Wellness Coaching: Addressing areas such as sleep hygiene, emotional health, stress management, and, in some cases, tobacco cessation
Cost per hour- $45- Virtual or In-person
