Meet the founder

With my Master’s degree in High Altitude Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology, along with certifications as a Health Coach and Women’s Health Specialist (pre/post menopause, prenatal, and postpartum), I’ve spent years studying the science of the human body—learning how it works, for both my clients’ success and my own health.

I am an ordinary person — I face barriers too. Time, energy, shifting priorities, motherhood, the mental load—it’s all real.

What I’ve learned is this: fitness doesn’t have to be intense to be effective—it just has to be consistent and intentional. And with that mindset, I’ve been able to juggle life a little more efficiently, while actually enjoying exercise and trusting the process instead of treating it like just another task on my to-do list.

I am not here to follow trends—I am here to build something timeless. With a blend of creativity, strategy, and heart, I help ideas come to life.

I am a new mom, avid mountain biker, racer and work full time! I have goals too and I refuses to become a victim of parenthood and the go go go lives we live.
