I know — cardio feels good and familiar strength workouts are convenient. But research has shown time and time again that relying on aerobic exercise alone and not working the appropriate muscle groups, can actually work against you over time.

• And in more serious cases, increased risk of cardiovascular and pulmonary issues when your body isn’t properly supported

Strength training isn’t just about lifting heavy weights or changing how your body looks — it’s about building a foundation that allows your body to perform and last. Strength training doesn’t have to feel boring or disconnected from your lifestyle.

As a trainer and health coach, my approach is simple:
We start by building your range of motion.
Then we strengthen the foundation — your core and glutes
From there, we layer in strength in a way that actually feels good, sustainable, and even fun.

Exercise doesn’t need to be extreme — it just needs to be consistent and intentional.

I believe fitness should feel welcoming, not intimidating. That’s why we focus on clear guidance, friendly support, and workouts that fit real life.

One hour of training or health coaching that is tailored to your needs, concerns and goals (or) 2x/wk for 30min ($40 per 30min)

Train w/ a Friend(s)
$30.00

Have a specific class you want to do with a friend? Do not like exercising on your own? Train with up to 4 friends for one hour. ($30 per head)

Virtual
$60.00

Someone who does well independently just needs the workout? Virtual program can be designed for you. I do require a once a week check in to go over new workouts so we are making sure form is done properly and safely.

Upcoming Promotions

  • A guided exercise/education class for new moms or soon to be moms. Learn how to move your body safely pre/post baby but also learn fun/safe ways you can turn everyday movements into an exercise.

    Learn ways to strengthen your body for everyday life task and to start working towards your long term fitness goals

  • Block out a one hour time with me Monday, Wednesday or Friday with 4 of your best mom friends!

  • Due to space each class can only have 4 at a time

  • $30 per person

  • Low-moderate impact depending on your groups current fitness level and goals. Have something specific you and your friends wants to do instead, let me know, I want to cater to your needs

  • Yes please! One of the largest barriers mommas face is not having the space to bring their babies, or struggle with mom guilt for leaving our babies. I will provide a large play pin for the babies to hang out in.

Meet the Founder

With my Master’s degree in High Altitude Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology, along with certifications as a Health Coach and Women’s Health Specialist (pre/post menopause, prenatal, and postpartum), I’ve spent years studying the science of the human body—learning how it works, for both my clients’ success and my own health.

I am an ordinary person — I face barriers too. Time, energy, shifting priorities, motherhood, the mental load—it’s all real.

What I’ve learned is this: fitness doesn’t have to be intense to be effective—it just has to be consistent and intentional. And with that mindset, I’ve been able to juggle life a little more efficiently, while actually enjoying exercise and trusting the process instead of treating it like just another task on my to-do list.

I am not here to follow trends—I am here to build something timeless. With a blend of creativity, strategy, and heart, I help ideas come to life.

I am a new mom, avid mountain biker, racer and work full time! I have goals too and I refuses to become a victim of parenthood and the go go go lives we live.
